Inert Alumina Ball
it is to increase the distributing spot of gas and liquid, also support and protect the activated catalyst with low strength.
For catalyst bed support and tower packing/Alumina.
Inert Alumina Ball is widely used in petrochemical industry, chemical industry, fertilizer industry, natural gas industry and environment protection etc. With functions as covering and supporting materials for catalyst in reactors and packing for towers. The main role of inert alumina ball is increasing the distribution of liquid and gas, holding and protecting the activated catalyst with low strength.
Product Characters
Inert alumina ball has stronger resistance to high temperature and high pressure, lower ratio of the moisture absorbing, more stable chemical properties. Inert alumina ball is capable of enduring the corrosion of acid, alkali, and organic solvent. In addition, it can also bear the rapid transitions of temperature during the operation. In fact, its principal functions are to accelerate the distribution of gas or liquid, and support or protect the active catalyst, which especially has the relevantly lower mechanical strength.
