Plastic Support Grids

It is a part of Standard Tower Internals. The mainly function is to support random packing or other Tower Internals.
PP Support Grids:
it is avaiable to support the cloumn packing bed, depending on the specific applicaition and the column diameter. The support Grid must be constructed in such a way that it minimally hinders gas and liquid flows. Particularly between the packed bed and the support Grid, the risk of reduced hydraulic capacity exists. Support Grids must be adapted to the trype of packing, bed height, liquid holdup, possible additional weight caused by fouling and the design temperature for specific applications.
