Ceramic Random Packing
widely used in the tower of drying,absorbing, cooling, washing and recovery etc.
Ceramic Random Packing:
it is commonly used in refinery, gas processing, chemical and environmental process industries.It withstands the corrosion of various inorganic acid ,organic acid and organic solvents except for hydrofluoric acid.
Ceramic saddle:
it is improved from the arc saddle. it makes porosity distributed even and improves the distribution of the fluid, and greater capacity and lower pressure drop.
Ceramic Supper Saddle:
It is the improved version of the original saddle. the aim is to enhance internal gas and liquid distribution. Meanwhile, overcomes the problem of nesting that is found in ordinary saddles.
Pall Ring:
it is a king of new high efficient packing that is improved on the basis of the Raschig Ring. This open ring design also maintains an even distribution and resists wall-channeling tendencies. this open hole structure is enlarge the surface of liquid and gas, resist plugging, fouling and nesting.
Ceramic Cross-Partition Ring:
this Cross-Partitions structure is aim to increase the surface and enhance transfer efficiency. Widely regard as supporting packing at the bottom of tower.
Raschig Ring:
It is used in commercial fractional distillation columns to reduce pressure loss.
